Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed on PixelGenAI. It applies to prompts, uploaded files, product photos, reference images, generated images, generated videos, marketing copy, downloads, saved assets, and any other use of the Service.

1. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for what you upload, generate, download, publish, sell, or otherwise use. PixelGenAI does not approve, endorse, verify, or accept responsibility for user-generated content or the way users use AI outputs.

2. Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute:

  • Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity.
  • Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or attempts to sexualize minors.
  • Non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery, or sexualized depictions of real people without consent.
  • Harassment, threats, abuse, stalking, bullying, or content that targets a person or group for harm.
  • Hate, discrimination, dehumanization, or violence targeting people based on protected characteristics.
  • Graphic violence, instructions for self-harm, or content that encourages harm to people.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, fake endorsements, or deceptive commercial practices.
  • Deepfakes, impersonations, or synthetic media of real people without appropriate rights, consent, and disclosure.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, trade secret, contractual, or other rights.
  • Medical, legal, financial, political, or safety-critical misinformation or misleading public-interest content.
  • Attempts to bypass, disable, overload, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its safety systems.
  • Malware, spam, credential theft, unauthorized automation, or abusive account creation.

3. Rights, Releases, and Commercial Use

Before uploading or generating content, you must make sure you have the rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and legal basis needed for your intended use. This includes product photos, logos, trademarks, people, private locations, copyrighted works, and third-party assets.

You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before public, commercial, advertising, or resale use. PixelGenAI does not provide intellectual-property clearance or guarantee that outputs are unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or commercially safe.

4. Disclosure of AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for following any laws, platform rules, or professional requirements that require you to label, disclose, or watermark AI-generated or AI-edited content, especially synthetic media, deepfakes, advertising, political content, and public-interest communications.

5. Enforcement

We may block prompts, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke tokens, refuse refunds, or report content to appropriate authorities where we believe this policy, our Terms, third-party rights, or applicable law has been violated.

6. Reporting Abuse

To report misuse, illegal content, or rights violations, please contact us with enough information for us to review the issue.
